I specialize in the use of (CBT) cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy. I have over 20 years of experience dealing with many issues including the following: depression, anxiety, stress management, life span changes, sexuality, identity issues, LGBTQ issues, self- esteem issues, anger management, coping skills, and co-dependency issues.
